 Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Coordinator to join our team. This is a night shift position, designed to cater to our clients in different time zones, ensuring 24/7 support and seamless travel arrangements.


Key Responsibilities  

1. Client Interaction:  

  •   Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel needs and preferences.  
  •   Provide real-time support for inquiries, bookings, and travel modifications.  


2. Itinerary Planning:  

  •  Research, design, and customize travel itineraries based on client requirements.  
  •    Ensure itineraries align with budgets, preferences, and timelines.  


3. Booking Management:  

  •   Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities.  
  •    Manage last-minute changes and cancellations while minimizing inconvenience to clients.  


4. Issue Resolution:

  •   Address and resolve travel-related issues promptly and efficiently during the shift.  
  •   Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for quick problem resolution.  


5. Documentation & Reporting:  

  •   Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and vendor communications.  
  •    Prepare daily shift reports for handover to the next team.  


6. Process Adherence:

  •    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.  
  •    Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and requirements.
