Qualifications include: - 2–6 years of experience in US IT recruitment. - Strong hands-on expertise in sourcing concepts and strategies. - Proven experience working on direct client and Tier 1 requirements. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - A positive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently. - A high ownership mindset — proactive in making things happen. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Comfortable working on US shift timings.
