Negotiate salary offers and ensure smooth offer-to-joining transitions. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future IT requirements. Stay updated with latest trends in technology hiring and market insights. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminologies. Excellent sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social platforms. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines efficiently. Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Naukri RMS) preferred. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field. 3-5 years of IT recruitment experience (corporate or agency). Prior experience recruiting for MNCs or global technology clients is preferred. Strong knowledge of current market trends in IT hiring.
