Ground Support Equipment Maintenance Lead

About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ground Support Equipment Maintenance Lead to lead its maintenance team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and availability of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) used by the airline.Contribute significantly to reduced maintenance costs and increased equipment availability through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.Manage maintenance personnel effectively to provide high-quality customer satisfaction.Implement corrective actions based on preventative and predictive maintenance data.Manage spare part inventory, troubleshoot process and equipment problems, and recommend systems/process improvements.Coordinate precision maintenance technologies, including machinery alignment and rotating equipment balancing.About You:To succeed in this role, we seek a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent GSE experience. A proven track record of preparing and managing reports, data analysis, and handling mass manpower is essential.
