Remote Administrative Professional OverviewThis role is designed for remote professionals who can provide exceptional administrative support to businesses in the US. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal part in managing operational and back-office tasks with finesse. Effective communication skills are crucial as you will serve as the primary point of contact, handling correspondence and addressing inquiries.You will be responsible for conducting research, assisting in project management tasks, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the organization you support. This multifaceted role requires adaptability, strong organizational prowess, attention to detail, and prioritization skills to navigate a dynamic work environment efficiently.Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Manage executives' schedules, handle emails and messages, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.Excel and MIS Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate insightful MIS reports, prepare spreadsheets, and dashboards providing key stakeholders with accurate data-driven insights for informed decision-making.Business Operations: Drive seamless business operations by overseeing and optimizing key processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals; coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and mitigate risks to drive successful project outcomes.Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain organized records, and manage file systems to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage of important information.Research: Conduct online research to gather relevant data and information and prepare summaries and reports to support decision-making.Vendor Management: Manage communication, documents, and invoices; process and track orders and take care of compliance and vendor contracts.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of corporate work experience.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor's/ Master's degree.Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).Excellent time management and organizational abilities.Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting.ScheduleEastern Time - 6:30 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. IST, Monday - FridayPacific Time - 9:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. IST, Monday - FridayLogistical RequirementsQuiet and brightly illuminated work environmentLaptop with Minimum 8GB RAM, I5 8th gen processor720P Webcam and HeadsetA reliable ISP with a minimum speed of 100 MbpsSmartphone
