You will also manage domain-specific configurations, visibility rules, update sets, and troubleshoot domain conflicts. Additionally, you will perform day-to-day administration, manage user accounts, roles, and access control lists, monitor system performance, and manage routine maintenance and error identification/remediation.Required Skills and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you must have strong proficiency in configuring ServiceNow modules (ITSM required; ITOM, HRSD, SecOps a plus). You should have hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
