Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned HCM professional to lead our Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end HCM projects, with a strong focus on benefits administration, compensation management, and US payroll.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the hire to retire cycle, with expertise in multiple HCM modules, including benefits, compensation, US payroll, core HR, absence management, and overtime labor (OTL). A proven track record of implementing HCM solutions in cloud environments is essential.This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive project planning and execution, and ensure timely delivery of results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical in this position, as the successful candidate will interact frequently with clients and stakeholders.The selected individual must be adaptable, with a flexible mindset and a willingness to travel domestically or internationally for short or extended periods.Required Skills and Qualifications:8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM, covering the hire to retire cycle.At least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, with 2 in HCM Cloud environments.Expert working experience in 1 or more of the following modules: benefits, compensation, US payroll, core HR, absence management, and OTL.In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills.Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to Project Managers.Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.Interact with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables.Open to domestic or international travel for short or extended periods.Benefits:A challenging and rewarding career opportunity in a dynamic industry.A competitive compensation package, including bonuses and benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Others:Candidates should have a strong passion for HCM and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the field.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
