Job Title:HCM Cloud HR ExpertAbout the Role:This is a key position in our organization, responsible for leading the HCM Cloud Helpdesk team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Capital Management and experience with HCM Cloud implementation.Responsibilities:The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:8-10 years of experience in HCM, covering the full hire-to-retire cycle.Participation in at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, with minimum 2 involving HCM Cloud.Skills and Qualifications:You will also require:Strong working experience in Core HR and at least one additional module.In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.Client-Facing & Delivery Skills:You will need to possess excellent client-facing and delivery skills, including:Proven experience in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.Frequent client interaction around specific work efforts and deliverables.Ability to identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues/problems.Leadership & Management:We are looking for someone with leadership capability, who can:Demonstrate strong planning and follow-up skills.Experience in mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and providing status updates to Project Managers.Contact Us:If you believe you have the necessary skills and experience for this role, please contact us via mail or phone.
