Hi,We are hiring -Position - Technical System AnalystWork Model: RemoteCTC - upto 70 LPACompany - MNC, Dubai based, Sports managementEmployment Type: Full-time, Dubai PayrollProfile - Technical / System AnalystMandatory - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a premier institute (e.g., IIT or equivalent).About the RoleAs a Technical / System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions that support large-scale operations. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring smooth integration of digital platforms, data systems, and operational technologies across the organization.Working Model: RemoteKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.Design, implement, and maintain IT systems supporting operations, ticketing, HR, and finance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Evaluate and integrate software tools, ERP systems, and data management platforms.Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for system deployment and maintenance.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with IT standards and regulations.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimization strategies.Support digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects.Preferred Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).3–6 years of experience in system analysis, IT project management, or enterprise software implementation.Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and database systems.Knowledge of Python, SQL, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network management.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience in sports, event management, or large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.Regards,Neha Khandelwalneha.k@ipsgroup.co.inNote: Kindly don't call on any office number.
