Hi,We are hiring -Position - Executive AssistantWork Model: RemoteCTC - upto 70 LPACompany - MNC, Dubai based, Sports managementEmployment Type: Full-time, Dubai PayrollProfile - Technical / System AnalystMandatory - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a premier institute (e.g., IIT or equivalent).About the RoleAs a Technical / System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions that support large-scale operations. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring smooth integration of digital platforms, data systems, and operational technologies across the organization.Working Model: RemoteKey Responsibilities- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.- Design, implement, and maintain IT systems supporting operations, ticketing, HR, and finance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Evaluate and integrate software tools, ERP systems, and data management platforms.- Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for system deployment and maintenance.- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with IT standards and regulations.- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimization strategies.- Support digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects.Preferred Experience & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).- 3–6 years of experience in system analysis, IT project management, or enterprise software implementation.- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and database systems.- Knowledge of Python, SQL, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network management.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Experience in sports, event management, or large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage.- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.Regards,Neha Khandelwalneha.k@ipsgroup.co.inNote: Kindly don't call on any office number.
