We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns and Revenue Generation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, specifically in optimizing paid media channels to drive conversions and boost overall business revenue.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, , etc.).
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and competitor analysis to improve ad performance.
  • Analyze data and report on the performance of PPC campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital advertising and revenue generation.


Key Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns with a strong track record of successful revenue generation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
  • Experience in budget management, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Management:


  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, and other search engines like being.).
  • Perform comprehensive keyword research and audience targeting.
  • Write compelling ad copy and optimize creatives for maximum CTR.


Optimization:


  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to optimize ROI.
  • Implement A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Identify and reduce wasted spend while improving conversions.


Performance Analysis & Reporting:


  • Track and report on campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor user behavior and conversions.
  • Deliver clear reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.


Strategy & Planning:


  • Develop and execute PPC strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PPC and digital advertising.
  • Suggest new opportunities to expand campaigns and drive growth.


Collaboration:


  • Work with the creative team to align ads with landing pages and visuals.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.



Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns.
  • Tools Proficiency: Expertise in Google Ads, Being Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Ads, Google Analytics, Semrush , Similarweb and similar tools.


Skills:



  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management and bid strategies.
  • Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
