Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for campaigns.- Content Writing: Assist in crafting engaging and persuasive copy for platforms like social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website content.- Client Understanding: Learn to analyze client briefs and contribute to developing advertising concepts that align with their goals.- Brand Messaging: Help in creating slogans, taglines, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.- Campaign Support: Work with functional teams to support the execution of campaigns and deliver high-quality content.- Content Calendar Management: Assist Account Managers (AMs) in planning and organizing content schedules.- Trend Research: Stay updated on emerging content trends and experiment with them in campaigns.- Pitch Preparation: Support the team in preparing creative pitches for small- and mid-sized projects.

Requirements:

- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.- Skills:- Strong writing and storytelling abilities.- Basic understanding of copywriting for digital platforms (social media, blogs, etc.).- Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback.- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.- Attributes: Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to gain real-world experience.
