Job Overview:This senior role focuses on ensuring our business activities adhere to Indian regulatory frameworks. Main Responsibilities:Maintain company registration and license in India.Provide comprehensive compliance support to various business units within the organization.Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) matters by implementing controls and ensuring adherence to relevant rules and regulations.Develop, implement, and periodically review policies and procedures to guarantee business operations comply with regulatory requirements.Identify, address, and escalate potential compliance risks in a timely manner.Serve as a primary point of contact for regulatory communications and ensure accurate representation of the organization.Maintain best market practices within the organization's crypto-related activities.Necessary Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs, preferably within the financial services sector.Bachelor's degree in a related field.In-depth knowledge of Indian regulatory guidelines and hands-on experience in KYC/AML implementation and regulatory reporting.Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential compliance risks.
