About Our Insurance Admin Role:We offer an opportunity to contribute to technology innovation at our vibrant tech center in Hyderabad.You will work on providing technical support to internal clients, including liaising to optimize the quality of service and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also involve disseminating the appropriate needs of the client as it relates to Commercial Lines Insurance.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to internal clients in relation to placing and servicing of Commercial Insurance and Personal Insurance coverage for clients.Obtain Claims data, evaluate for trends, and create loss summaries under the supervision of an Account Executive or Direct Supervisor.Follow up on claim assignments with insurers as required.Generate Acord applications as requested.Issue confirmation of coverage and other insurance documents as required.Execute routine policy changes with insurers.Bill policies according to the billing worksheet.Follow up on the timely issuance of Insurance policies and Audits.Review policies, endorsements, & Audits for accuracy.Prepare renewal "kits," proposals, and quarterly review presentations as required.Update the Operating Platform with underwriting data.Collaborate with Account Executives in assembling Marketing Submissions.Issue renewal certificates, automobile identification cards, and confirmation of coverage letters.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.Proficient in the use of various desktop tools, including MS Office Programs (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
