The candidate should have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The role involves working alongside a dedicated team of medical professionals to provide exceptional care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience of 4-6 years as a Dialysis Technician in a healthcare setting.Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with hemodialysis machines (Mandatory skill).Skill in patient monitoring, ensuring comfort and safety during the dialysis process (Mandatory skill).Understanding of water treatment systems used in dialysis (Mandatory skill).Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with patients and the healthcare team.Strong attention to detail to accurately follow physicians' instructions and maintain equipment.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high standards of patient care.Professional certification from a recognized dialysis technician program is preferred.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOperate dialysis equipment and ensure proper functioning throughout treatment sessions.Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to changes during dialysis.Prepare and sterilize equipment, including dialyzers and hemodialysis machines.Maintain detailed and accurate patient records of procedures and findings.Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations in the dialysis unit.Educate patients and their families on the dialysis process and post-session care.Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.Participate in training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in dialysis techniques.
