This is a Full-Time role within Spandana Hospital, offering an opportunity to provide exceptional nephrology care, contribute to a multidisciplinary team, and work in a state-of-the-art facility focused on quality healthcare delivery.Qualifications and SkillsDemonstrated expertise in patient care with a focus on nephrology cases and delivering high standards of clinical services (Mandatory skill).Comprehensive experience managing Chronic Kidney Disease, including preventive care, assessment, and treatment protocols (Mandatory skill).Proficiency in performing and overseeing Peritoneal Dialysis for acute and chronic renal failure patients (Mandatory skill).Ability to manage hypertension in nephrology patients, using evidence-based best practices adapted for patient-specific needs.Skilled in providing safe and effective hemodialysis, including management of AV fistulas and dialysis complications.Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records to maintain accurate patient documentation and support multidisciplinary communication.Capable of delivering empathetic communication to patients and families, especially regarding chronic disease management and lifestyle modifications.Ability to participate actively in a multidisciplinary, team-based approach to optimize patient outcomes and hospital goals.Roles and ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with kidney disorders and related health issues to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.Develop individualized care plans and coordinate the treatment of acute and chronic kidney disease patients, including both in-patient and out-patient settings.Perform and supervise peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis, and other related procedures, ensuring patient safety and treatment efficacy at all times.Monitor and manage complications associated with kidney diseases and dialysis while providing timely interventions and escalations as required.Utilize Electronic Medical Records for comprehensive charting, patient monitoring, and maintaining compliance with hospital documentation standards.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, technicians, and other specialists to deliver holistic patient care.Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, preventive care, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health.Participate in hospital initiatives for continuous learning, quality improvement, and maintaining best clinical practices in nephrology care.
