About this RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Chief Artificial Intelligence Strategist to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth through the application of AI technologies.Key Responsibilities:AI Vision and Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI-driven business strategies.Solution Design and Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and solutions that drive business value.Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored AI solutions.Tech Stack and Tools: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and tools, ensuring seamless integration into our existing infrastructure.Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate AI strategy and vision to stakeholders, driving buy-in and alignment across the organization.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's or Higher Degree: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.8+ Years in IT: 8+ years in IT with a focus on AI/ML practices and background.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in implementing and optimizing advanced AI solutions using Deep Learning and NLP, with tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, and Keras.Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in managing AI engineering teams, setting strategies for AI model development and deployment, and ensuring alignment with business goals.Cloud Experience: Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Security Experience: Experience with information security and secure development best practices.Desirable Skills and Qualifications:NLP and Computer Vision: Hands-on expertise in NLP and Computer Vision, including related concepts and frameworks.LLM Experience: Experience with Large Language Models like GPT 3.5, GPT 4, Llama, Gemini, Mistral, etc., along with experience in LLM integration frameworks like LangChain, Llamaindex, AgentGPT, etc.Deep Learning OCR: Extensive experience implementing solutions using Deep Learning OCR algorithms.Neural Networks: Working knowledge of Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).Python Expertise: Strong coding skills in Python, including related frameworks, best practices, and design patterns.Deployment Experience: Experience deploying AI/ML solutions as a service or REST API endpoints on Cloud or Kubernetes.Development Methodologies: Proficient in development methodologies and writing unit tests in Python.What We Offer:Competitive Salary and Benefits: A competitive salary and benefits package that rewards your hard work and dedication.Opportunities for Growth and Development: Opportunities to grow and develop your career, with access to training and professional development programs.Collaborative and Dynamic Work Environment: A collaborative and dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and creativity.Diverse and Inclusive Team: A diverse and inclusive team that values different perspectives and backgrounds.
