We are seeking a skilled professional to join our engineering team as a Artificial Intelligence Developer.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in developing AI systems and solutions.The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of experience in software development and a strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts.The primary goal of this role is to leverage LLM technology to create reliable and efficient features and products.You will work closely with the DevOps team to design and implement infrastructure using CDK or Terraform, ensuring seamless deployment and maintenance.In addition, you will be responsible for architecting RAG pipelines that optimize vector search, latency budgeting, and chunk decay, while also automating evaluation pipelines to test LLM outputs for relevance and accuracy.Furthermore, you will set up observability dashboards to monitor prompt performance, latency, and failure traceability, providing valuable insights for improvement.We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can continuously refine prompts, embeddings, and model behavior based on user feedback and regression tests, ensuring optimal results.
