Job Title: Operations ExecutiveDescription:The role of Operations Executive will involve the management of various critical functions including financial accounting, customer relations and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and strong communication abilities.This position will require the ability to multitask effectively, work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate records.Closing monthly accounts as per schedule.Submission of outstanding statements to customers.Collection of payment and reporting of outstanding.Maintaining sales invoicing setup and adjusting customer claims are essential responsibilities. Additionally, ensuring compliance with GST, TCS and TDS regulations is crucial for this role.The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies for total quality management (TQM) and order-to-cash (O2C). This will include collecting payments from customers as per agreed terms and submitting overdue statements for pending invoices.The successful candidate will possess a combination of technical and soft skills, making them an asset to any organization.
