Migration Execution: Develop scalable migration concepts, architectures, and strategies aligned with enterprise standards. Execute end-to-end migration activities for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Planner environments. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Analyze source and target environments to ensure compatibility and smooth content transfer. Manage permissions, metadata, custom configurations, and version histories during migration. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, value center experts, and stakeholders to validate and approve migration plans. Monitor migration tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion. Documentation and Reporting: Document migration steps, risks, mitigation plans, and post-migration validation reports. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security throughout the migration lifecycle.
