Job Description – Sales Account Executive (IT Sales – Web & Mobile) Location: Noida Experience: 4 to 7 YearsRole Summary & Key Objectives We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive with 4–7 years of experience in IT Sales, specifically in Web and Mobile application solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth. This role requires a proven track record in B2B technology sales, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT solutions. Key Objectives: Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities. Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling of IT services (Web & Mobile). Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive account growth and retention. Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams to design tailored solutions for clients.Core ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in Web & Mobile application development services.Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales quotas and revenue targets.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations to decision-makers.Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing) to create winning proposals and RFP responses.Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in CRM tools.Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and upselling/cross-selling additional services.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to strengthen sales positioning.Must-Have Skills (Technical & Soft)Technical / Domain Knowledge:Strong experience in selling IT services, specifically Web & Mobile application development.Understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery models, and IT solutioning basics.Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) for pipeline and account management.Knowledge of proposal writing, RFP processes, and pricing models in IT sales. Soft Skills:Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability.Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach.Good-to-Have SkillsExperience selling into international markets (US, Europe, APAC).Exposure to digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, and enterprise solutions.Knowledge of account-based selling (ABS) and advanced sales methodologies (Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC).Prior experience in startup or fast-growth IT environments.Networking ability in relevant IT/tech industry forums.Experience Requirements4–7 years of proven sales/account management experience in IT services.Demonstrated success in closing deals in Web & Mobile solutions.Experience managing mid-market or enterprise clients preferred.KPIs / Success MetricsNew business revenue generated (quarterly/annual sales quota attainment).Number of new accounts acquired within target segments.Pipeline coverage ratio and sales forecasting accuracy.Client retention rate and account growth (upsell/cross-sell revenue).Average deal size and sales cycle efficiency.Quality of proposals and win ratio in RFPs/bids.Client feedback and satisfaction scores.
