Manage 10+ frontend engineers and managers to deliver high-velocity React / Next.js applications. Produce architecture documents, design specs, and implementation plans for executive review. Align architecture and delivery roadmaps with Data, ML, and API teams. Establish frontend engineering best practices for CI/CD, testing, observability, and release automation. Define and track KPIs for velocity, UX performance, and developer productivity.Required Skills and Qualifications: 6+ years engineering experience (2+ in leadership managing 10+ engineers). Deep experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript or similar modern frameworks. Demonstrated success building and operating large-scale frontend platforms. Strong foundation in CI/CD automation and frontend observability.
