We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Architecture Lead to drive our UI consistency and help shape the future of large-scale applications.This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team of engineers and product specialists in developing scalable, maintainable frontend codebases using cutting-edge technologies.Main Responsibilities:Independently execute against the product roadmap, driving innovation and contributing to product strategy and frontend architecture.Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational bottlenecks to ensure seamless development.Collaborate with engineers and product teams to maintain UI consistency across applications.Develop efficient solutions that balance scalability, maintainability, and performance.Lead component development, migrations, and ensure the quality of the user experience.Participate in and mentor others through code reviews, architecture discussions, and process improvements.Requirements:8+ years working with frontend technologies, with deep expertise in TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.Architecture & Scale: Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale frontend applications.CSS & UI Consistency: Proficient in CSS (including CSS-in-JS like Emotion.js) with a strong focus on design systems and UI consistency.Testing: Hands-on experience with E2E testing using Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools; familiarity with VRT (Visual Regression Testing) is a plus.
