Technical Support Expert

Job OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Support Expert to provide level 1/2 support on our products and lead incidents to resolution.Main Responsibilities:Respond to customer incidents through preliminary assessment to product or system issues.Debug and track until resolution by analyzing the source of the issue and its impact on hardware, network, and storage resources.Support cloud solutions, application installs, release updates & upgrades, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of software solutions.The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience with DevOps support, programming languages (preferably shell scripting), and experience in cloud computing Kubernetes, Docker, YAML files. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are also required.Key Qualifications:DevOps support experienceProgramming languages knowledgeCloud computing expertiseA strong understanding of IT infrastructure and excellent problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.
