Stay updated with the latest industry trends in database technologies.Technical Skills:- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with various database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.- Knowledge of database design and normalization principles.- Familiarity with performance tuning, replication, and backup strategies.- Understanding of data security and compliance standards.- Scripting skills in languages like Python or Bash for automation tasks.Required Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2. 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator.3. Experience with cloud database solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.5.
