Roles & Responsibilities:
Meeting and exceeding sales targets for assigned products and territories.
Responsible for end-to-end O2C (Order to cash) process.
Handle Modern Trade & Ecom
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities for assigned products
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and distributors.
Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management.
Collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
Lead a team successfully
Hire, train & motivate team members to achieve their individual targets
Maintain and manage business data for creating effective sales strategies
Maintain positive environment among the team and with other departments.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Any graduate with 8–10-year experience in FMCG sales,
Modern Trade experience will be preferred.
