The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in leading end-to-end project delivery for technical and operational initiatives. This position serves as the central point of coordination across product, engineering, and cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are planned, executed, and delivered in alignment with business goals.This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills, with a strong emphasis on SaaS implementation, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and continuous improvement.Lead the full end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, and delivery for technical and operational projects.Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.Develop and manage project and milestone plans that provide visibility, alignment, and predictable delivery outcomes.Facilitate cross-functional meetings, working sessions, and status checkpoints to maintain alignment and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor schedule, scope, resource allocation, and risk to ensure efficient and timely delivery.Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early; develop mitigation strategies and escalate as needed to drive resolution.Create and deliver executive-level reports, dashboards, and status updates that communicate progress, risk, and impact.Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, process refinement, and adoption of best practices that enhance SDLC efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, software development, or digital product environments.Demonstrated experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.About the Ideal CandidateWe seek a highly motivated and skilled professional who can drive success in this key role.
