We build secure, scalable web products that connect candidates and employers at scale.Primary job title (optimized): Senior Full-Stack Python DeveloperAbout the OpportunityWe are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Python Developer for a high-impact, 3-month contract (remote, India) to accelerate product features and delivery for a recruitment-tech platform. You will own backend services, deliver modern front-end experiences, and ship robust CI/CD-driven releases in an Agile environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for engineers who move quickly, write clean code, and deliver end-to-end solutions.Role & ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and maintain scalable Python backend services (Django/Flask) and REST/GraphQL APIs to support core platform features.Develop responsive front-end components using (or comparable frameworks) and integrate them with backend APIs for seamless UX.Own database schema design and optimisation (Postgres/MySQL), implement efficient queries and maintain data integrity.Containerise applications with Docker, implement CI/CD pipelines, and support automated testing and deployment workflows.Implement background processing and caching (Celery/Redis) for async jobs and performance-critical tasks.Collaborate with product, QA and DevOps teams in Agile sprints; participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.Skills & QualificationsMust-Have5+ years professional experience building web applications with Python (3.x) and Django or Flask.Proven full-stack experience — (or similar), HTML/CSS/JS, and integrating front-end with RESTful/GraphQL APIs.Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Postgres or MySQL; familiarity with database tuning and migrations.Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and Git-centric workflows.Solid test-driven development practices (unit/integration tests with pytest or equivalent).Excellent communication skills, ability to work remotely across time zones, and deliver under tight timelines.PreferredExperience with Celery, Redis, Elasticsearch, or real-time messaging systems.Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure or GCP) and familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes).Prior exposure to recruitment-tech, SaaS platforms, or high-throughput user systems.Benefits & Culture HighlightsFully remote 3-month contract with potential for extension based on performance.Fast-paced, outcome-driven team where your code ships to customers quickly.Collaborative environment with clear ownership, regular code reviews, and emphasis on engineering excellence.Logistics: Contract length: 3 months | Location: Remote (India) | Start: Immediate.If you are a pragmatic, delivery-focused senior engineer who thrives in short-cycle product environments, apply with your CV.
