Role Description We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (MERN + Python) for a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. In this role, you will focus on developing, testing, and deploying scalable web applications and software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build user-friendly front-end interfaces using React and robust back-end architectures with Node.js, Python, and MongoDB. Additional responsibilities include ensuring seamless integration between various application layers, debugging, optimizing performance, and staying updated with industry best practices. Qualifications Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, Full-Stack Development, and Software Development. Knowledge in Front-End Development, including React.js and JavaScript frameworks, as well as experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Ability to develop scalable solutions by integrating Front-End and Back-End concepts seamlessly. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in debugging and optimizing application performance. In-depth knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Python is essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and team collaboration tools is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience with DevOps processes and deployment pipelines is a plus.
