ServiceNow Developer Job DescriptionJob Overview:As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our HR users.The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing software applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS, as well as experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL/industry standards.Design and implement HR service delivery applications, including HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Enterprise Onboarding.Develop UI forms, fields, notifications, automation scripts, integrations, workflows, and reports to enhance the user experience.Collaborate with the ServiceNow Platform Administrator and ITSM developers to deliver business solutions that meet the needs of HR users.Work closely with the HR team to configure and develop the ServiceNow HRSD module, data imports, and software integrations.Requirements:The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD.Expertise in JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL/industry standards.Experience with developing software applications using ServiceNow.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good-to-have: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification, Service Certified Application developer[CAD] certification.What We Offer:We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth and development.How to Apply:If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for software development and customer satisfaction, please submit your application today
