About the JobWe are seeking an experienced IAM leader to manage and grow a high-performing team of IAM professionals.The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strategic vision, and proven leadership skills to drive best practices, innovation, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Manage the IAM practice in the India region, overseeing a team of 50+ IAM professionals.Develop and implement IAM strategies aligned with organizational security policies and business objectives.Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship in the design, implementation, and support of IAM solutions.Architect and deploy solutions using multiple IAM tools, including Ping Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft IAM suite, Directory Services, and related technologies.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure compliance, governance, and risk management in IAM implementations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in IAM processes, automation, and tooling to enhance security posture and operational efficiency.Manage resource planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation within the IAM practice.Stay current with emerging IAM technologies, trends, and best practices to guide the practice's innovation roadmap.Ensure high standards of service delivery, customer satisfaction, and SLA adherence within the IAM team.Requirements & Qualifications:We require a candidate with:15+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with strong hands-on expertise.Proven experience with major IAM tools and platforms, including Ping Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft IAM products, and Directory Services.Demonstrated ability to lead large teams (50+ members) and manage complex IAM projects across diverse environments.Deep understanding of access governance, privileged access management, authentication, SSO, MIM, and identity lifecycle management.Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements impacting IAM (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage priorities, and drive results.Benefits:We offer a competitive package with:Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.A comprehensive benefits program.
