Job Title: Academic Delivery AssociateThe role of Academic Delivery Associate plays a pivotal part in delivering high-quality learning experiences for thousands of students. This position entails collaboration with various teams, including Design, Marketing, Services Delivery, Admissions, and more, primarily based in India.Main Responsibilities:Forge and maintain partnerships with cross-functional departments, researchers, and programs within and outside the organization.Research, compile, and prepare analysis, data, and documents to support specific areas of focus.Oversee the work of Program Leaders, including planning, assigning tasks, reviewing work quality, training staff, and monitoring productivity.Cross-functionally collaborate with other teams to identify and enhance Programme delivery processes.Manage sensitive issues and facilitate high-level collaboration.Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts to optimize workflow and work quality.Key Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited university is mandatory.Mastery in any specialization would be advantageous.Fluency in English is essential.A self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills is required.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.Experience working in virtual teams is desirable.Flexibility in work hours to coordinate with a global team is crucial.Previous experience either attending or working directly with Business Schools in India or the APAC region with at least 3 years of experience is vital.Experience in EdTech and/or Higher Education is preferred.
