Are you passionate about teaching and mentoring learners to achieve their global goals?Join 360 Future Academy, where learning meets opportunity We’re a learner-focused, activity-driven institution offering immersive language and skill development programs designed for future professionals.About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior German Language Trainer / HOD (C1/C2 certified) to lead our German language department and train students—especially healthcare professionals—preparing for their careers in Germany.You’ll design, lead, and deliver high-impact, interactive sessions aligned with CEFR standards (A1–B2), while mentoring other trainers to ensure academic excellence across batches.Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership & Training Delivery· Conduct structured, interactive sessions across A1–B2/C1 levels, integrating all four language skills.· Deliver Pflegedeutsch (Medical German) modules for healthcare professionals.· Mentor and guide trainers to ensure consistent quality and CEFR alignment.· Design syllabus, lesson plans and digital learning materials tailored to diverse learner needs.· Apply activity-based, multimedia, and real-life learning techniques for effective outcomes.Cultural Orientation & Integration· Introduce students to German culture, etiquette, and workplace ethics.· Conduct cultural and communication workshops for better adaptation in Germany.Student Assessment & Exam Readiness· Prepare students for international certifications (Goethe, TELC, ÖSD).· Conduct mock exams, track progress, and organize remedial sessions.· Ensure measurable improvement before certification.Mentorship & Academic Coordination· Support and coach junior trainers in lesson delivery and learner engagement.· Coordinate with the Academic Head/ Operations Team/ Coordinator for planning and quality tracking.· Maintain accurate academic records — attendance, interview preparation, assessments, and progress reports.Student Motivation & Support· Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that builds confidence.· Provide academic counselling and motivation to sustain learner consistency.Translation & Institutional Support· Assist in translation, interpretation, and communication with German partners and employers if required.· Support documentation and communication for institutional collaborations.Continuous Improvement & Professional Growth· Stay updated on teaching innovations, exam formats, and digital pedagogy.· Contribute to internal curriculum reviews, workshops, and development initiatives.· Represent the academy in external academic forums and events.QualificationsC1 / C2 Level Certification (Goethe / TELC / ÖSD or equivalent)Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching German (healthcare experience preferred)Excellent communication and classroom management skillsFamiliarity with blended / digital learning platformsPassionate about mentoring and helping learners achieve global successWhy Join UsAt 360 Future Academy, we believe in “Learning Without Barriers.”Learner-focused & activity-based classroomsA collaborative, innovative teaching environmentOpportunities for academic leadership and growthSupportive management under 360 Medicare’s vision for international education
