Expert Japanese Language TrainerWe are seeking an Expert Japanese Language Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing training sessions.The ideal candidate will have excellent language proficiency in Japanese (Expert Level) N2, and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. They should also be able to communicate effectively with internal trainers and external vendors.Analyzing training needs and determining the number of sessions required to train a group of trainees according to courses and per site.Coordinating the planning of training sessions with internal trainers and external vendors.Initiating and managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as needed.Organizing training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability, and ensuring their proper execution.Communicating with employees about opening dates of training sessions.Calibrating and coordinating with the Offsite team for any changes or updates in the training event/program.Supporting completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing if necessary.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent language proficiency in Japanese (Expert Level) N2.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to communicate effectively with internal trainers and external vendors.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to the successful candidate.How to Apply:If you are interested in this role, please submit your application with your resume and cover letter.
