LXMEoffers simple, jargon-free financial solutions and a vibrant community to help women achievefinancial independence.About the Role:We’re looking for a proactive and well-connected Founder’s Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to make the right connections happen. You’ll be the bridge between the founder and the world — ensuring her presence in the right events, panels, collaborations, and conversations.What You’ll Do:Identify and secure opportunities for the founder to speak, collaborate, and network across media, events, and thought-leadership platforms.Build and nurture relationships with PR agencies, media houses, influencers, and event organizers.Manage the founder’s calendar, appearances, and commitments strategically.Research and pitch the founder for interviews, podcasts, award nominations, and panels.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of external collaborations.Who You Are:4–7 years of experience in PR, influencer management, or founder’s office roles.Strong professional network within media, PR, and industry circles.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.A go-getter with high ownership and organizational skills.Based in Mumbai and open to working from office.
