LXMEoffers simple, jargon-free financial solutions and a vibrant community to help women achievefinancial independence.About the Role:We’re looking for a proactive and well-connected Founder’s Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to make the right connections happen. You’ll be the bridge between the founder and the world — ensuring her presence in the right events, panels, collaborations, and conversations.What You’ll Do:- Identify and secure opportunities for the founder to speak, collaborate, and network across media, events, and thought-leadership platforms.- Build and nurture relationships with PR agencies, media houses, influencers, and event organizers.- Manage the founder’s calendar, appearances, and commitments strategically.- Research and pitch the founder for interviews, podcasts, award nominations, and panels.- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of external collaborations.Who You Are:- 4–7 years of experience in PR, influencer management, or founder’s office roles.- Strong professional network within media, PR, and industry circles.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- A go-getter with high ownership and organizational skills.- Based in Mumbai and open to working from office.
