The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of auditing principles. This role offers hands-on exposure to audit assignments, client interaction, and compliance management.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the planning and execution of statutory audits in accordance with applicable standards.- Perform vouching, verification, and analytical review procedures.- Prepare and maintain working papers and audit documentation.- Identify and report discrepancies, risks, and control weaknesses.- Support the preparation of audit reports and financial statements.- Coordinate with internal and external teams for audit requirements.- Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards (IND AS, Companies Act, etc.).- Work on client deliverables within deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Requirements:- 6 Months–2 years of experience in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, or Assurance.- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and Audit Procedures.- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and other accounting/audit tools.- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work in a team and meet tight deadlines.What We Offer:- Exposure to domestic and international clients.- Hands-on learning with experienced professionals.- A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
