Project Delivery LeadProject delivery leads play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of solutions for clients across multiple asset-intensive industries.They drive project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and value realization by partnering closely with customers, internal delivery teams, and cross-functional leaders to achieve measurable outcomes in safety, reliability, and productivity.Key Responsibilities:Initiate, plan, execute, and close projects across multiple enterprise SaaS implementation projects, effectively managing scope, schedule, and resources.Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and delivery schedules aligned to company methodologies.Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and resources through structured change control processes.Facilitate agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups for delivery teams.Act as primary points of contact for client program leads, IT teams, and business stakeholders, providing proactive communication and transparency.Build strong relationships with executive sponsors and manage expectations through regular updates and progress reports.Conduct governance meetings, presenting progress, risks, and value metrics to key stakeholders.Drive customer satisfaction and adoption, ensuring that project outcomes align with business value drivers, such as reliability improvements, downtime reduction, and productivity gains.Lead cross-functional delivery teams including Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Technical Engineers, and Value Coaches.Coordinate between onshore and offshore resources to ensure seamless project delivery.Provide direction, remove roadblocks, and maintain delivery velocity across all workstreams.Mentor junior project leads on delivery excellence, communication, and governance best practices.Manage project budgets, forecasts, and billing milestones to ensure revenue recognition compliance.Track and report Professional Services utilization, profitability, and margin performance.Collaborate with PMO and Finance teams on forecasting, invoicing, and Statement of Work (SOW) adherence.Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion in collaboration with Account Managers and Solution Architects.Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.Ensure adherence to delivery standards, templates, and Value 360 playbook.Oversee testing, UAT, and go-live readiness activities to ensure smooth transition to support.Track business impact metrics post-deployment, such as reliability KPIs, safety metrics, and schedule compliance.
