Program Implementation Manager RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Program Implementation Manager to lead the execution of our Skillsbuild program.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the rollout of the program through strategic partnerships to drive learner outcomes.Serve as the primary liaison between organizations, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring partners have necessary resources and support.Track and analyze program performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), including learner engagement rates, course completion rates, and credentials issued.Implement strategies to address gaps or areas for improvement.Manage and coordinate across CSR sub-teams to ensure internal stakeholders are aligned, consulted, and informed.Collaborate with content and credentialing teams to ensure high-quality content and credentialing criteria are met.Collect and synthesize feedback from partners and participants to inform continuous program improvement.Prepare and present regular reports on program status, challenges, and achievements to senior management and relevant stakeholders.Requirements:A strong understanding of program management principles and practices.Experience with digital learning platforms and digital credentials.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strategic thinking and project management expertise.A strong work ethic, competitive nature, and desire to succeed.Intense curiosity to learn and willingness to be coached.About You:You will excel in this role if you possess a strong track record of successfully managing complex programs, building collaborative relationships, and driving results-oriented solutions.
