Gopin Developer is a fast-growing construction and land development company based in Surat, Gujarat, specializing in industrial parks, residential townships, and commercial societies. We’re on a mission to build thriving communities through thoughtful design, smart infrastructure, and sustainable growth.
We’re hiring a Head of Human Resources to architect and lead the HR function across our dynamic organization. This is a high-impact role for someone with an engineering background and deep HR leadership experience, especially in construction, real estate, or land development.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to build a scalable HR foundation, support project execution teams, and help shape a people-first culture.
✔️ Design and implement company-wide HR strategy aligned with business growth
✔️ Lead HR operations: hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and development
✔️ Collaborate with project leads to manage workforce planning and staffing needs
✔️ Support engineers, site teams, and project managers with effective HR systems
✔️ Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including labor laws and site safety standards
✔️ Guide leadership in building structure, processes, and performance culture
✔️ Track HR metrics to improve retention, hiring quality, and employee satisfaction
✔️ Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion across all departments and job sites
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HR, Business, or related field (Engineering background preferred)
🧠 5–6+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
🏗️ Prior experience in construction, civil engineering, or land development is a strong plus
💬 Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
💻 Comfortable with HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office
📜 SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications are an advantage
