Manager / Senior Manager, Process Excellence: Global CentersThe Manager / Senior Manager, Process Excellence is accountable for driving Process Excellence (PEX), Process Re-imagination, and AI Transformation initiatives throughout the organization by collaborating closely with diverse functional areas. This role entails mentoring Yellow Belt and Green Belt projects to ensure alignment with business objectives, as well as delivering and facilitating Lean Six Sigma training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The Manager / Senior Manager also leads strategic and high-impact PEX projects that deliver measurable value to the business areas and Thomson Reuters at large.In addition, the position provides consultative support to functional teams on the development and execution of transformation strategies, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to implement and advance process excellence initiatives. These initiatives and projects typically span several months and involve extensive collaboration with global teams across operations, technology, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and enablement functions.
