Job Title: IT ServiceNow Solutions Architect About the Job:This role requires expertise in understanding customer business needs and deciphering them for technical development in ServiceNow. The candidate should have experience in designing solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on customer requirements, providing scope, effort estimates, and suggesting development methodologies.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in configuration of IT Service Management including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Service Request, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Asset and User setup.Key Responsibilities:Expertise in understanding customer business needs and deciphering them for technical development in ServiceNowDesigning solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on customer requirementsProviding scope, effort estimates, and suggesting development methodologiesConfiguring IT Service Management including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Service Request, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Asset and User setupSkills Required:Strong development experience in ServiceNow (REST/SOAP Webservices, java scripting etc.)Experience in configuring CMDB, Asset Management, and OrchestrationsExpertise in setting up ServiceNow ITBM – Project, Portfolio, Demand, Resource, and FinanceExpertise in designing ServiceNow Reports and setting up Performance AnalyticsCreating custom processes, custom 3rd party integrations, and custom applicationsAwareness of Best Practices of ServiceNow implementationBenefits:Strong Experience in Configuration of IT Service MgmtDomain Separation Implementation ExperienceData Segregation ExperienceCertifications such as ServiceNow Implementation Certified, ServiceNow CAD Certified, CIS - HRSD, ITIL V3 Foundation certified
