Job Title:Biz Growth Expert - E-commerce SolutionsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through sales of AI-powered e-commerce solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the Shopify development space, focusing on theme builds, CRO, and technical retainers.Sell AI-powered solutions, including personalization, automation, chatbots, and predictive analytics.Run the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Conduct discovery sessions, build proposals/SOWs, and translate client requirements into actionable scopes.Stay up-to-date with emerging features and capabilities in Shopify and AI tools, providing expert advice to clients.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Shopify app partners, AI tool providers, and e-commerce communities.Requirements2-5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in an agency, SaaS, or e-commerce tech environment.Strong understanding of Shopify (themes, custom apps, checkout, performance, headless).Working knowledge of AI tools and workflows (LLMs, automation, recommendations, etc.).Proven track record of closing mid to high-value deals (USD 5k-50k+).Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
