Job Title: AI Research EngineerWe're seeking an experienced Ai Research Engineer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advanced transformer architectures, multimodal AI, and model optimization. They should be skilled in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and have hands-on experience with rapid experimentation and prototyping.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI models using transformer-based architectures.Work across modalities including audio, video, and text to push the boundaries of lip-sync accuracy, character/scene consistency, audio realism, and video quality.Develop automated evaluation frameworks for image, audio, and video quality scoring.Experiment with audio–video synchronization, background score blending, and text-to-video alignment.Stay up-to-date with emerging architectures, tools, and scaling strategies.Requirements:4–10 years experience in applied ML/AI.Strong fundamentals in transformers, training dynamics, and optimization.Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow.Deep expertise in one modality (audio/video/text) with real end-to-end project work.Experience deploying ML inference using FastAPI or similar.Ability to design automated evaluation metrics for generative output.What We Offer:A collaborative environment where you can grow professionally and personally.The opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.A competitive salary and benefits package.About Us:We're a leading organization dedicated to pushing the boundaries of AI research and development.
