Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing second-level technical support for desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripherals. Your primary focus will be on diagnosing and resolving advanced technical issues escalated from the L1 support team.You will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, software applications, and system updates. Additionally, you will perform root cause analysis to identify recurring technical problems and develop solutions.Your excellent troubleshooting skills will enable you to resolve break/fix issues with Windows and Mac computers efficiently. You will also assist with network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
