Job Title: Senior Analog Layout DesignerWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Analog Layout Designer to lead our team in the development of cutting-edge analog layouts.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop high-quality analog layouts with expertise in lower FINFET technology nodesOptimize IR drop, Electromigration, self-heating, RC delay, and parasitic capacitance for efficient circuit performanceCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver designs under tight constraintsUtilize Cadence/Synopsys layout tools and flows to streamline design processesFamiliarity with scripting languages such as PERL/SKILL is an added advantageRequirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field10+ years of experience in analog layout design with expertise in lower FINFET technology nodesStrong understanding of layout impact on circuit performance (speed, area, reliability, etc.)Hands-on experience with Cadence/Synopsys layout tools and flowsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWhat We Offer:A challenging role with opportunities for growth and professional developmentA collaborative and dynamic work environmentA competitive salary package with benefits
