The job entails providing penetration testing and security assessment services to clients. A Senior Consultant, Cybersecurity will be responsible for conducting network scans to identify vulnerabilities, performing client penetration tests, and developing scripts to automate internal processes.Key responsibilities include scoping engagements, generating reports that clearly communicate results and recommendations, and assisting in the development of security standards and best practices.Additional duties include conducting cyber risk assessments using industry standards, cloud penetration testing, and providing recommendations to clients on security measures to monitor and protect sensitive data.Required Skills:A minimum of 4 years of experience with risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods focused on Information Assurance, Information Systems/Network Security, Infrastructure Design, and Vulnerability Assessments.Knowledge of malicious software, including malware, trojans, and rootkits, as well as the ability to craft custom exploits manually.Strong knowledge of network, wireless, and web application penetration testing tools and techniques, including web application penetration testing and code auditing.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with industry-standard security frameworks and protocols.Experience with scripting and editing existing code, as well as programming languages such as Python, C/C++, and Java.Knowledge of security assessment tools, including Nessus, OpenVAS, and Burp Suite Pro.
