Assistant Vice President - Regulatory/Risk/Performance Reporting


Job specification

A Client Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations that directly impact client services and satisfaction. This role involves clients support, ensuring the smooth delivery of products and services, addressing any issues that arise and working to improve processes for efficiency and better client outcomes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of administrative duties and tasks including:


Production Management:

  • Oversee production processes.
  • Maintain and manage data warehouse.
  • Collaborate with data vendors to ensure operations continuity.
  • Standard Operational Procedures for operations and production.
  • Lead Responsible for timely completion of tasks.


Client Liaison:

  • Coordinate with Investment Funds Clients and Fund Administrators to manage the onboarding processes and oversee production.
  • Provide support to clients and partners in resolving technical or process-related queries.
  • Communicate client feedback to the software development and business development teams.


Skills Required:

  • Very good understanding of Fund Compliance, Reg Reporting or Performance Reporting, Investment Risk.
  • Good understanding of various asset classes – F&O, Fwds, OTCs, Swaps, Structured products.
  • Experience with Bloomberg and/or other market data platforms.
  • Previous exposure to Client Service roles.
  • Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to work as team and deliver timely results.
  • Candidates should be willing and flexible to work in any shifts.



Qualification and Experience:

  • MBA Finance, CA/CMA/CFA
  • 9-11 years of Investment Operations / Risk Management experience
