Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise civil & interior finishing work, including carpentry, painting, flooring, and fixture installation.
  • Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to streamline interior finishing processes.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor and manage construction activities to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Oversee the coordination of contractors, labor, and materials.
  • Ensure quality control, testing, and commissioning of Interior and civil works.
  • Develop vendor pool for each work

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit detailed site reports, documentation, and test records.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing both Interior and civil projects.

• Strong knowledge of Civil and interior construction techniques, interior design, and project management.

• Established network of reliable vendors and suppliers for Interior and civil works.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications or professional affiliations.

• Previous experience working on similar projects in Gwalior or surrounding areas.

Note:

1) We are looking for a male candidate who reside in surrounding areas.

2) Candidate must have their own vehicle for commuting to the sites.

3) We are looking candidates who can join immediately
