Role Overview: -We are seeking a PR Professional with 3–4 years of experience to drive Anudip's communications and media presence. The ideal candidate is well-connected with journalists and media outlets, has a strong grasp of both traditional and digital PR, and understands the unique needs of NGOs and social enterprises and the medium organically at its best. This individual will play a key role in enhancing Anudip's visibility, credibility, and storytelling across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with Anudip's mission.
  • Build strong media relations across print, digital, and broadcast.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, features, and stories for NGO/CSR audiences to publish organically
  • Search for niche and mass social service platforms to uplift Anudip's reach and brand to donors
  • Drive media coverage and manage digital PR on portals, blogs, and social platforms like CSR India, Your Story, Better India, The Print, Idoline
  • Organize press events, interviews, and media engagements, if required
  • Track coverage, prepare reports, and measure PR impact.
  • Support internal teams on campaigns and ensure brand-consistent communication for social, PR.
  • Network and communicate with organizations and bodies which celebrate and recognize NGOs and strive for awards and recognition on behalf of Anudip and its Management.

Qualifications & Skills: -

  • Mass Comm/PR/Journalism degree
  • 3–4 yrs PR experience (NGO/CSR preferred)
  • Strong media network across India, digital + traditional PR
  • Excellent writing & communication
  • Independent, creative, deadline-driven
